Great hotel, skilful staff, stunning location in a nice QUIET area. Luxurious and spacious rooms with views of the hillside and with a safe box, multi-channel television and a fridge. Location right by the restaurant and the Atami train station.

Besides, the location was stunning and particularly good for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Io-ji Temple. Btw, went to city center, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location up the hill was so tranquil and serene. The shuttle service was top-notch and made it easy to get here. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries and a sitting area.
We definitely recommend this place to all.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly hospitable. Our Japanese-style twin room had all the amenities we needed. We were pleased to find a variety of restaurants within a short walking distance, including the popular Tonichi which was just a 5-minute walk away.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this Atami ryokan were kind, attentive, and welcoming. The traditional rooms were clean and wifi was strong. The optional dinner was a 7-course delight. The onsen had a perfect temperature and offered a stunning view.
Hard to think of anything.

The room was neat and luxurious with large hot spring fed tubs on the decks, had essentials required. All of the staff was respectful and skilful and attentive to guests. The hotel was in a beautiful location next to the hill and Tokyo. It also was to the Atami train station...

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure everything was perfect during our New Year's stay. The meals were fantastic and beautifully presented – we had the opportunity to try new dishes and flavors. the open-air hot springs were the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, and the views of the surrounding nature were breathtaking.
There was nothing about our stay at this hotel that I disliked. It was located in a beautiful and peaceful area, but far from the city center – it could be a consideration for some travelers who plan to spend a lot of time exploring the city's attractions.

Nestled on a hill overlooking the coast, this serene boutique hotel is just a short taxi ride from the train station. The rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views. The staff is attentive and friendly, making you feel valued. The delicious meals, beautifully plated, are a culinary delight. The open-air hot spring in each room provides the ultimate relaxation. The hotel also offers modern amenities such as fast WiFi and complimentary beverages. The location in a tranquil area enhances the overall peaceful atmosphere.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the corners and air vents, could use better dusting to address allergies.

The traditional feel of the hotel was a great experience. the staff was very polite and attentive, always willing to help and answer any questions. the open-air onsen was amazing, offering stunning views and relaxation after a long day of work. the food was splendid, especially the steamed fish, which was expertly prepared. Being picked up from the train station and offered transportation was a thoughtful and considerate gesture.
The confirmation email could have been better translated into English, as some parts were unclear. the outdoor shower could be a bit shock in colder temperatures, but it was part of the ambience and the onsen more than made up for it.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel in a small alley up the hill. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, even picking me up from the train station. The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully decorated room to the large hot spring fed tub on the deck with a stunning view. The breakfast served with a lovely view was simply amazing. The value for money and the overall experience were outstanding.
All aspects of my stay were fantastic, I have no complaints.

Our stay was peaceful, secluded, and surrounded by nature on a hill. We easily arrived by taxi from the train station. Our room was cozy and had plenty of facilities to make us feel at home. The staff went above and beyond with their attention to detail and hospitality. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
Some may find the hotel's location on a hill to be a disadvantage when it comes to transportation.
